Homeschooling high school
Homeschooling high school
Oooohhhh, sometimes homeschool feels hard, doesn’t it?
It is okay to feel excitement one day and frustration the next. You are not alone! Because we are still people, with all the character and temperament to mix up, each day carries its own story.
When we have been at it for years, and the teens and teachers just aren’t seeing eye to eye, it is common to start eyeing the finish line with teary eyes.
There is hope! Don’t let today rob tomorrow of its joys. Here is the encouragement that will remind you that you CAN do this my friend.
As a now former homeschooling mama, with two grown children, I want you to know that what you are doing is so important. You might be weary and not feel appreciated, but the fruit of your labor will be revealed.
So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.
Galatians 6:9 So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.

This article was published in December 2012 in The Old Schoolhouse magazine. They were the first homeschool magazine I ever read, WAY back and so instrumental in the encouragement I was needing. You can find them here
